Shipping policy

We will always aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days. During high volume times this may be extended, and we appreciate your understanding. Customised orders can take up to 10 working days for dispatch. 

Please note we use a number of courier companies and often they won’t deliver to PO boxes therefore we require a physical street address (non PO Box) for your order. Rural delivery addresses do not incur an additional surcharge.

Please make sure you enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received, and your product is dispatched we cannot alter the address.

Once your items have been shipped, they become your property and responsibility. If a product arrives damaged, or is misplaced, it is your responsibility to liaise with the shipping agent responsible. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. We will however provide you with all the necessary information to make your claim.

Orders will be sent via courier with a transit time of approximately 1-3 working days from date of dispatch however, delays may occur outside our control. Please allow additional days for rural deliveries. From time to time we may use alternative delivery methods but this will not impact the shipping charges.
